Looking for natural sleep aid remedies? - natural sleep remedies

I will not take the pill, but I need something to sleep more than a few hours. Are there any natural remedies that someone can recommend? I tried the hot milk, hot chocolate, etc. So far, nothing.

when you walk into a store natural / homeopathic ask, valerian and melatonin.

You can use a natural mixture of tea before going to bed or chamomile tea.
